Pumpkin-nut Smoothie

I love all things pumpkin, and this smoothie is one of my fall favorites. The added peanut butter gives it the perfect richness without overwhelming all the pumpkin-pie  goodness.

Ingredients
- 2 bananas, frozen
- 1 1/2 cup of your favorite non-dairy milk
- 1/2 cup of pureed pumpkin, canned or fresh
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1 tbs peanut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp powdered ginger
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg

To Prepare:
Throw that shit in a blender!

Serves 2
