If you’re feeling dangerously decadent, whip up this anti-oxidant rich combination of frozen cherries and unsweetened cocoa powder for a healthy yet satisfying sweet treat. So good, you won’t even notice the frozen spinach! Wait, what?

You will need:
1 cup frozen cherries (not the tart kind)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp unsweetened almond butter
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen or fresh spinach ( you can leave it out, but I promise you won’t notice it, so why not get a serving of veggies in?)
1/2 cup 100% fruit juice — I like O.J,  but cherry juice goes well too
1 cup almond or soy milk

Put everything in the blender and whip it up, pulsing a few times to make sure no chunks are left. Taste, and add more almond butter or cocoa powder to suit your tastes.
